Sinn Féin Councillor, Paul Duffy, urges NIHE to Revoke Tenancy Agreements

Speaking following a drugs search on a house in Garvaghy Park last week he said:

"The police carried out a drugs search on a house in Garvaghy park last Tuesday. Two individuals were arrested at the scene. Items discovered were taken away.

"I have asked NIHE to revoke the Tenancy Agreements of anyone found guilty of illegal or criminal activity. Such activity, on NIHE property, is a breach of the Tenancy Agreement.

"There should be no hiding place for such activities and agencies should bring their powers to bear on criminals and illegal activity."
